We had a request for an Angel Christmas Accordion Craft and just happened to have one ready to share! If you love angels too, you’re going to want to recreate this fun Christmas craft. It’s the 6th character in our Christmas accordion craft series and too cute to pass up!
Angel Christmas Accordion Craft
First, gather up a few supplies and grab the free printable template at the end of this post.
Cardstock or Construction Paper
Scissors
Glue
Pink Crayon
Black Marker
Download and print out your template according to the directions listed at the top of each template page. Feel free to choose any colors you want or even print the template on white construction paper and color in your angel.
After cutting out your template, begin assembling your angel. Start with the large body piece and glue the dress, face and hair in place. Then add the wings to the back of your character, as well as the halo. Finish it off with the white collar.
Allow your angel to dry. Then grab your markers and/or crayons and draw a face onto your angel.
Next, you’ll need four 2 inch wide strips of flesh tone paper. Begin folding your strips in a back and forth pattern, creating an accordion fold.
After each strip is folded, glue them to the back of your character, creating two arms and two legs.
Once those are dry, you are done! Feel free to color in the dress, adding Christmas designs, polka dots or anything you want. Or just keep it as is.
