Autumn Wood Sign Printable Craft
Isn’t it cute?!
Rather than simply pulling down and packing up my wood Halloween sign, I decided to make it double sided. And, of course, I’m sharing the printables so that you can make your own!
I used the same colors on the back of my scrap 2×4 (approximately 2 feet in length) that I used on the front, first spraying it in orange.
Then lightly using a black spray paint (I had chalkboard on hand) to go over the top, focusing mostly on the edges.
While that’s drying, print out the free printables onto cardstock or heavy weighted paper:
After printing and cutting out the Autumn letters and image, use Mod Podge to glue everything on. Let it dry for a minute or two, then brush a light coat of Mod Podge over the top of the whole thing to seal and protect the paper.
After it’s all dry, you’ll have yourself a two sided wood sign you can use for Thanksgiving or Fall and Halloween. This would make a great gift, so be sure to make a few of them!
And, once again, I have a great Holiday decoration that fits perfectly on my mantel!
See that Thankful banner? We created the banner for a guest post on Two Chicks and a Mom, so be sure to head over there and grab the banner as well!
