Halloween is just over a week away and we still have several fun Halloween printables to share with you all. This is a fun one for kids, but they may need a little extra help cutting the smaller pieces out. So grab some scissors and the free printable templates for these Build a Character Halloween Crafts.
Build a Character Halloween Crafts
This printable set comes with 12 printable pages, each one a different character to build.
The first page is a Build a Witch activity. Cut out her head, add her eyes and mouth, top with her witch hat, and add in the legs, arms, and broom. You can leave the pieces separated, like puzzle pages, or glue them all together onto a piece of colored cardstock.
The second printanble is a Build a Vampire page. Attach the legs, arms and head to the body. Then add on the eyes, mouth and shoes.
The third page is my daughter’s favorite. It’s the Build a Bat page. Start by attaching the wings, legs, and tail to the body. Then add the head, mouth, eyes, and ears.
The fourth page is a Build a Frankenstein activity, complete with bolts for the side of his head.
And the fifth page is our Build a Ghost printable.
This was another one of my daughter’s favorites. She chose not to glue the pieces together, allowing her to rebuild him over and over. She plans on swapping out his eyes for those of some of the other characters as well – just for fun.
The next page in this set is our Build a Mummy page. Just like with the others, join his legs and arms to his body, then add in the head and eyes.
The seventh page is our Build a Pumpkin printable and my daughter loved the spooky smile on this guy.
Up next is the Build a Zombie character, complete with oozing brains.
The next two are more of my daughter’s favorites – Build a Spider (with spider web) and Build a Skeleton.
And the last two are the Build a Devil and Build a Wolf characters.
Again, have fun with these! You can keep the pieces separated, even mixing and matching some of them or you can glue them to a colored piece of cardstock. You can even glue several to a piece of cardstock and add in your own background images. Maybe your wolf is standing in front of a haunted house or your ghost is in a graveyard. There are no wrong choices here!
